Contacted this company for an emergency boiler repair. Spoke to an engineer over the phone who said to send him pictures of the boiler and he would come the following day to look at it. Sent pictures and the address as instructed. Phoned the next day to follow up to be told that he would be coming and would call back shortly. Didn’t hear anything so called again after a couple of hours to have the phone put down on me and my number blocked. We have 2 very young children and the engineer knew this, we were relying on him coming and due to him lying/ignoring us, it took us a lot longer than necessary to get it repaired.

My boiler broke down so I called this company based on the reviews. They told me a price over the phone, a guy came by, he didn't repair the boiler, he left it in an unsafe condition and they charged me three times the amount first agreed upon. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company.
